4. Avoid working in places with corrosive liquid or gas, dust, conductive fibers, or metal fines;
5. Avoid working in places with vibration or electromagnetic interference;
6. Avoid long-term upside-down storage and transportation, and it cannot be subjected to strong impact.
At present, the application places of dry-type transformers are as follows:
1. Dry-type transformers are suitable for residential buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is easy to replace, occupies a small area, provides a safe power supply, continuity, and reliability, and is convenient for installation and maintenance. It can be used for power receiving, power feeding, lighting, and motor control.
2. It is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgy, steel rolling, light textile and other enterprises, public buildings, and places with heavy motor loads. The drawer unit has a large installation space, and the drawers and functional partitions are made of flame-retardant materials, with a high level of safety protection, and can be combined with a program controller or microprocessor for an automatic control system to realize centralized or automatic control.
3. It is suitable for factory workshops, which are more economical and convenient, but the disadvantage is that the protection level is lower.
4. Other places where oil-immersed transformers are not suitable.
